The Panama Broadcasting Corporation in its quest to supply a diversity of programming worked with the Car Talk Team and National Public Radio in the United States to secure the franchise to retransmit the program in Panama.  A hilarious look at peoples car problems, “Click and Clack” the “Tappet Bros”, in real life “Ray and Tom Magliozzi” have a great wit, not to mention that they actually do know the answers!
